Update groups' users

Update users to the list of groups.

  1. The list of groups must be of the same main/parent group.

  2. No sub-groups under the list of groups.

  3. Mainly for batch import.

  4. Not applicable to class roster and oracle groups.

  5. For class group, if AllowMultipleSignUp option is false, prevent adding user to class group if user already in other class group under the same main/parent group.
